It's easy to use and you can even draw over the image. For Apple devices, you can take a screenshot of the entire screen by pressing the home and sleep/wake button at the same time. It automatically saves as a image and you can easily attach as a file in a email. For Android 4.0+ devices, you can take a screenshot of the entire screen by pressing the volume down and power button. It saves just like Apple devices.
